Artwork Proof Form.
You completed your order so now what?
Within 48 hours our very talented designers will email you an artwork proof form that you will have to approve before we can start the personalisation of your clothing. It is important that you check your proof thoroughly paying close attention to spellings and phone numbers inparticular. Once approved we can't except any responsibilty for mistakes and you can only shout at us if the personalisation is different from the artwork that you approved.
Please try to confirm your artwork proof as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays in starting the personalisation process.

So there is lots of different file formats that your logo might be in with the most common being: • PDF • Ai • PSD • EPS • SVG • JPEG • PNG.
We prefer logo files to be sent in Vector format which are usually PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files. If you don't have your logo or graphic in a vector file then don't worry we can work with it regardless.
Mistakes & Changes.
If you find any mistakes in your artwork proof or require changes then it isn't a problem. You can either reply to us via email or call us on 01695 576 800 to discuss your changes. We will never start personalisation until you have confirmed everything is correct and you are happy to proceed.
